LUZ.
Luz, a galga in the streets of Jaen, who has been roaming around with no hope of being caught. Vero has tried every method and struggled to catch her, her story is lower down, she is a fawn galga and looked so lost.
Sadly Luz was rescued, but not how anyone would have wanted the rescue to be, she was knocked down and left there on the road. The damage is immense, she has a fracture on the leg and the bone is out, if the ligaments are not damaged there is some hope, the back leg on the same side however has been cut off by the accident. Her pain must have been beyond imagining, and they just drove off. Probably thinking she'd die anyway. probably thinking how can i take her to the vets like this and pay the bill that this will cost, or even im late for my appointment. Who would know? I know i dont think like that! The photos are somewhat distressing, however they are the real truth yet again on how galgos live, and die. She will need a special home this lil girl if she makes it. I'll keep you posted on her progress!
